You can adjust the size of shoulder straps of the carrier up to approx. 56 inch (22cm) by just a few turns of dial.

However, you can make your own fit for all the postures that is healthier for your family with just a few turns of dial.
Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier is ultra lightweight, 620g only when used without hip seat foam and 780g when used with hip seat foam that reduces back pains on your spine and gives extra comfort ergonomically on your body.
Moreover, dual-layered hip seat foam is easily removable so you can use the carrier as a simple baby carrier from hip seat baby carrier or hip seat belt.

Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier has been submitted and approved by global safety standards. All the materials and functionalities are tested and verified SGS, world leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company.

For US/Canada, Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier meets the US safety standard ASTM F2236 and CPSIA 2008.
For Korea, Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier is certified by KC, CB161R061-8001.
For Japan, Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier is tested and verified by SG.

There is no one correct way to wear as everyone has different body size and preference.
However, Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier provide provides a few options for you to find your most preferred fit.
First, please check the remaining size of webbing belt of each shoulder strap on the back of carrier.
You should adjust each size as exactly the same before use. For average sized men, 0 - 3.5 inch(9 cm) would be good as the remaining size of webbing belt and 6.3 - 7.9 inch(16 - 20 cm) would be good for average women.
However, it depends on each person’s body and preference.
After adjusting the webbing belt of each shoulder strap, you can micro-adjust the size of belt up to 8.6 inch (22 cm) using Dial-Fit.
Finally, you can adjust the chest belt on the carrier’s back to meet your preference.
You can loosen the belt of chest belt and lower the chest belt forward to your hip.

Our Cocoon Pad infant insert provides comfort to your newborn baby with head and neck support while in the carrier.
We recommend using the infant insert for babies from newborn up to age 4 months (from 7-12 lbs) who don’t have full head and neck control.
The bottom pillow in the Cocoon Pad infant insert can be removed from the insert and placed inside the carrier, with your baby sitting on top of it.
The use of the pillow alone is for babies with full head and neck control who are either too short to bend at the knees when seated in the carrier or would like to be seated higher for better air flow in the carrier.
You can use the infant insert when you use Dial-Fit hip seat baby carrier both with hip seat foam or without the foam according to your baby’s size but we recommend to use it without the foam.

Items purchased directly from Hugpapa are returnable within a 30 day period, in like-new condition, with a hood and user manual, and in the original packaging. Please contact cs@hugpapa.co if you need to return a product. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Hugpapa prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by Hugpapa clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused.
